Antipasto

I realize I have a few promised recipes to put up and they are coming- I just need pictures!!!
In the meantime, I wanted to share one of my favorite snacks!

Antipasto
this recipe is great for snacking or at parties with toothpicks!


Ingredients

Vlasic Hot Banana Pepper Rings (1 Jar- Drained)
Sharp Cheddar Cube Cheese
Swiss Cube Cheese
1 Roll of Summer Sausage- Diced
Pepperoni- I recommend either by a Pepperoni Roll, or going to the deli and having them slice it thick. - Dice it into small pieces from here.


Mix everything together in a bowl and refrigerate to marinate!

One Year Ago

I secretly started this blog one year ago- about the time I started my other blog that I never really wrote in. I had this goal to document my whole wedding planning experience in blog form- and well that just didn't pan out the way I planned. I was so determined to capture every last little detail of wedding planning- then life got in the way. Needless to say- I forgot that I started this blog as well.

So from this moment forward- I am vowing to myself- one post a week (AT LEAST!). I already have a variety of recipes in mind for my first couple of postings.

Week One and Two will consist of Actual Meals-

Spicy Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
Sausage Spaghetti (an Adam exclusive!)
Yummy Yummy Turkey Hard Tacos

Week Three and Four we will focus on some desserts-

Melt in your mouth Molten Chocolate Cups
Easy Blackberry Cobbler
Chocolate Chips Cookies

If I just so happen to sneak a few extra recipes in here I will be extremely proud of myself... but this is where we begin.

Eating Away

Welcome to my world. I am a total foodie. I love food. Especially sweet yummy desserts. I wine. I dine. And I enjoy rich bold food flavors. I am currently finishing up my degree- and ironically its in health- an area that does not necessarily correspond with all that is food.

My goals are currently in the process of forming- I am looking for that perfect job in the health field and I am starting to consider going to pastry school. I would LOVE to open my own bakery. And within that, I would love to include some healthy but delicious sweet choices for those of us that just can't stand to be apart from the finer tastes in life. I am on the search to find ways to combine my love for food and my obsession with good health- I am going to share this process in this blog.
